Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is more than just a capital city. Founded in the mid-nineteenth century has been transformed almost beyond recognition over the last thirty years - with some of  the tallest skyscrapers in Southeast Asia.

The first grand buildings around Merdeka Square, dating from the 1890s, were eccentric and contrasting in style. Today the city is a mix of heritage and contemporary architecture.

From humble beginnings it’s evolved into a sweeping metropolis and a hub for international trade and commerce. It is a busy and vibrant city full of interesting experiences to test the senses.
